Polygons
There are two ways to tell what a polygon is the first that, polygons only have straight lines. So as you see the square has straight lines, therefore it is a polygon. But the circle has no straight lines, so it is not a polygon.The second is that there is a difference between Irregular polygons and Regular polygons.
Irregular polygons have different lengths and Regular polygons has identical sides.
So in this picture the Triangle is a regular polygon because of its identical sides and the other shape is an irregular polygon because it has different lengths.
